A woman’s crown

When I work with women I often use a guided visualization and together we build the shiniest crown in the whole entire world ✨ I ask them to wear it wherever they go and make them draw on their wrist a little one as a daily reminder. We, as women, were suppressed for so long we actually think it is ok to take advantage of us, beat us or yell at us while the truth of the matter is that it is not! The truth is Women are strong beyond measure and their sexual energy is infinite. I see how that can be scary and teach them how can they turn it into their super power because when we see ourselves as worthy, valuable and great than we teach our daughters to do the same and by that we create a much better world for our boys too.
